Wow Happy Friday

So far this week I have been really good. I have watched what I ate...kept my journal all week and guess what???This morning the scale said 5lbs down!!!! Go me...I also have walked 8 miles this week too...last night I didn't as I wanted to snack late at night so instead I went to bed and managed 7 hours of sleep opposed to the 5 I usually get. Maybe that is the secret...sleep...I could sleep for days if it meant that I would be skinny...ha ha ha. But my concern is I did not weigh myself before the competition on the scale I have so....according to their scale and mine may not be the same...BUT I don't care I am in it to win it so as long as it is weight lost and not gained I am good:) I am curious to what that scale is going to say. I did go out for dinner tonight and I made healthy choices, but I am still going to walk 3 miles tonight just to make sure that it stays off. And I saved some points from today and last night so that it should even out. ANyways I really should go to bed. Will post pics later....
